• Shilla Duty-Free benefits are available only for Saving Membership, and for subscription type, only for annual members.

• Benefits apply only when Konnect members make purchases.

• If you want to enjoy benefits at Changi Airport in Singapore, you must complete the pre-registration process at Seoul or Incheon Airport.

• Discount rates may vary by product.

• It may take up to 7 days from the issuance date to receive the Duty-Free benefit card.

Guidelines for Precautions

• Shilla Duty-Free benefits require a one-time offline visit for membership authentication.

• Membership Verification Location : “Membership | Gift Desks located on the right-hand side of the building exterior at our Seoul Store / the Shilla Information Desk next to Gate 251 at Terminal 2 of Incheon Airport / the Shilla Information Desk at the downtown Jeju Duty-Free Store.

• Visit one of the locations mentioned above to register your Konnect Shilla Duty-Free membership card and present your membership card image and passport.

• Please click on the “Shilla Duty-Free Card” on the My Membership page and show your 16-digit Shilla Membership number to receive the benefits. Note that benefits cannot be applied if your membership is not verified.
