Check Point

• Please call the hotel directly and tell them that you are a Konnect membership member and proceed with the reservation.

• Please confirm that your age is 18 years old or older to check in the room.

• The maximum number of guests per room type is as follows : 20 sqm room : 4 people, 30 sqm room : 5 people, 40 sqm room : 7 people, character room : 4 people, and additional guests are not allowed.

• The 25 sqm Ski Village room is not equipped with a kitchen.

Guidelines for Precautions

• Oak Valley offers mobile check-in and check-out. Once you have completed Konnect membership verification during the reservation process and provided your contact number, you will receive a check-in notification message at 9:00 AM on the day of your reservation. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards.

• If you prefer in-person check-in, please visit the front desk and present your Konnect membership card and identification to verify your Konnect membership. Failure to authenticate your membership will result in the cancellation of any discounts, and standard accommodation rates will apply.
